For Members

A member is a user who accesses the Advisor and Dashboard

Multi-filters in disambiguation

When disambiguation is triggered, you can now select more than one filter value to make your topic exploration quicker and more efficient.

Never expiring context

We extended crystal understanding of the context in the conversation history to streamline your interactions.

Contextual suggestion tips

We enhanced the relevance of suggestion tips based on your interactions.

For example, when you ask for a topic, now crystal will suggest you other ways to explore that data by adding new filters, together with totally new topics.

For Admins

An admin is a user who can configure crystal in the Self-Service Console.

Time range customization

In topic configuration, now you can edit time intervals even further: we introduced a new set of options (presets, static date, custom) to provide you with more flexibility.

Custom columns enhancements

In topic configuration, you can now add key values and sort columns to customize your entities even further.
