Request Topics
If a Filter has single alphanumeric characters as values, the detection in conversation of such values is not guaranteed; however these values are supported if filtering the Topic via the Filter Topics capability in the Topic Card instead

Entity-Based Conversation
If the requested Entities are not present in at least one Configured Topic, Crystal cannot generate new Topics
When you ask for Entities coming from different Tables, you can involve up to of a maximum of 40 Tables from the chosen Data Source - as this is the current limit for Tables configuration in Crystal
If the requested Entities are spread across multiple Data Sources, they cannot be used to generate a new Topic
When the Entities used for Topic generation are Custom Entities, bear the following limitations in mind:
if a Custom Entity is defined by Columns from Table A, you can request Virtual Topics with Entities different from A only if there are Configured Topics that have the necessary joins
if the Custom Entity is defined by Columns from both tables A and B, you can request Virtual Topics with Entities from both A and B
Topics of type Description or Comparison - Single column pos. neg. cannot be auto-generated
When asking for a Topic of type List, the auto-generated Table Visualization will contain as many Columns as the Entities specified in the question: this means that, if only one Entity is specified, the table will have only one Column and, if you need more Columns, you must specify all the Entities
for example: "Show me a list of customer IDs" and "Show me a list of customer IDs and relative names and ages"
When asking for a Topic of type Ranking, you need to specify the Entity by which you want to order by
for example: "Show me the ranking of sales agents by closed contracts"
Auto-generated Topics won’t be involved in other Crystal capabilities related to Topics, which will be available for Configured Topics only:
Alerts setting via conversation, for both Anomaly Detection and Threshold Monitoring (but you can still set an Anomaly Detection via Topic Card)
At the moment, the Objective Inference capability is only available for two Objectives: Composition and Highlight
For all the other cases, you still need to specify the desired Objective in order to obtain the corresponding Visualization
When the Objective is not specified, Crystal will assume that you are asking for a Composition: therefore, a breakdown will be returned by default (if the underlying data allow it)

Autocomplete / Topic Related Suggestions
Filter and Topic Suggestions are based on User permissions
Sometimes it is possibile that the selected Topics contain no data
Suggestions don't change if you delete a word
For Crystal Mobile, the suggestion of Filter Values is limited to a maximum number of values to be shown, regardless of the total number of Filter Values
Autocomplete only considers Configured Topics

Insights Analysis
Right now, only available for the Top Contributor, Average and Variability and Extreme Values Insights
Dependency on a extended Data Model
Can’t be performed if a Topic only has categorical columns
Can’t be performed if a Topic has at least one Custom Column
If you don't have the permissions for certain underlying data, you will receive a partial analysis with that data hidden
There may be a constraint regarding the number of rows the Feature can handle, though it is estimated to be around hundreds of thousands, chosen from the most recent rows in the considered Data Model of the analyzed insight
Insight Analysis is only available on Configured Topics

Alerts
Maximum 20 Alerts can be set in total, across Alert type
At the moment, it's not possible to edit Alerts once set
For Auto-generated Topics, Alerts can be set via the Topic Card only, not in conversation

Anomaly Detection
Maximum 10 Anomaly Detection Alerts can be set in total
Anomaly Detections can be requested on one Topic at a time only

Can be activated by Conversation and not via Topic Card

Auto-generated Topic don't support the capability of setting a Threshold Monitoring via conversation (use the Topic Card instead)
