A new version of crystal is available with various enhancements and bug fixes to guarantee a constantly empowered user experience.
Please find the updates below split by user type:
For Members
A member is a user who accesses the advisor and Dashboard
Higher accuracy in filters performance
Thanks to an improvement on the alert dataset, crystal can now guarantee a higher accuracy in partial filters’ detection when an alert-type request is made. When asking for a particular alert, the system will show the list of alerts for users to choose the relevant one.
Also, the current release improvements will lead to a better accuracy in the full text search for filter values in the conversation.
Refactoring of data set manager modules
The dataset manager module has been completely redesigned and integrated with best code practices. This will lead to higher maintainability and efficiency.
Some of these improvements also lead to the resolution of a few bugs, concerning for example disambiguation.
Disambiguation bug fixes
Some bugs that caused the display of invalid values, like strings of code instead of topic titles in the disambiguation feature have been fixed.
Alerts enhancements
To provide the best user experience possible, alerts are now ordered by descending creation timestamp in the alert management view (i.e. the most recent alerts will appear first) , both in Web and Mobile apps. This means that it will be easier to look up alerts and find the information needed.
For Admins
An admin is a user who can configure crystal in the Self-Service Console.
Alphabetical order for mandatory filter default values
From now on, the default filter values will be shown in alphabetical order in the dropdown menu during the filter step. This will help the users to find the filter values needed.
