Meet Crystal

Crystal is a Decision Intelligence tool that leverages Artificial Intelligence to analyze business data in natural language, just like speaking with a co-worker.

After connecting your data sources, you and your team members can interact with the "virtual brain" of Crystal by asking questions from a single input bar, either via text or voice.

Designed for numbers and analytics, Crystal’s underlying technology delivers reliable and certified information, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security for your business data.

Besides serving as a conversational interface for exploring your business data, Crystal has all the core functionalities of a Decision Intelligence suite.

For instance, Crystal can proactively monitor data to identify events of interest, trends, and anomalies, enabling you to make swift decisions.

It also aids in fostering a true data-driven culture within your organization, as it is designed to be simple, intuitive, and accessible to everyone in a company, not just those with technical expertise in data.

Thanks to its “consumerized” user experience, as well as its sharing and collaboration features, Crystal becomes a go-to tool allowing anyone in a company to access, analyze, and understand data.

Crystal Projects

When you start using Crystal, you receive a personal Crystal Project: a Crystal instance dedicated to a single client.

Also called tenant, a project is a private, exclusive and customized Crystal environment with its own infrastructure in terms of data sources, configurations, and permissions.

Starting from the product activation, creating a Project is fast. In less than an hour, your project will be set up and you'll have access Crystal's workspaces.
