The first step to log in to Crystal is to reach the Login Page.
The process differs from the web app to the mobile app.
As a registered Crystal Member, you need to ask the Admin for the custom Project link.
Once you have it, type it in your browser to reach the Login Page of your Crystal Project.

Your Project link will always have the following form:
As a registered Crystal Member, you need to ask the Admin for the custom Project name (also called "domain").
Once you have it, you can:
Download the Crystal app from the Apple Store or Google Play
Open the app and insert the Project domain name

Give consent to the app to open the Login Page
When you reach the Login Page, either on the web or mobile app, you will be able to log in to Crystal in one of two ways, depending on the invitation process that your Admin picked for you.
If you created a personal Crystal account via the invitation link, you can now insert the credentials (email and password) that you previously set up.
If your Admin granted you access via an Identity Provider, you can log in to Crystal with your Google or Microsoft email address.
Now press the "Login" button to start your Crystal experience!
Whether on the web or mobile app, you can also change your password right from the Login Page.
Simply click on "Recover password" under the Standard Login Section
In the pop up window, insert your email address in the relative field to send a reset link for the recovery of your Crystal account

In case you do not receive any email, check your account's spam folder or reach out to your Crystal Admin.
Here's a list of technical details to keep in mind:
You can log in to Crystal on multiple devices with a single account. In other words, you can access your account on a laptop, tablet or mobile, all at the same time.
Crystal will remember your credentials for up to 7 consecutive days. This means that you can access the Project without re-entering your credentials throughout the entire 7-day period.
After that, you will need to re-enter your credentials the next time you use Crystal.
