Login
This page describes the process to log in to Crystal web app and Crystal mobile app.
Reach the Login Page
The first step to log in to Crystal is to reach the Login Page.
The process differs from the web app to the mobile app.
Web Login
As a registered Crystal Member, you need to ask the Admin to provide you with the custom Project link.
Once you have it, type it in your browser and you will reach the Login Page of your Crystal Project.
Remember
Your Project link will always have the following form:
Mobile Login
As a registered Crystal Member, you need to ask the Admin to provide you with the custom Project name (also called "domain").
Once you have it, you can:
Download Crystal app from the Apple Store or Google Play
Open the app and insert the Project domain name

Give consent to the app to allow it to open the Login Page
Choose Login Method
Once reached the Login Page, both on the web app and the app, you will be able to log in to Crystal in two alterative ways, based on the invitation process that your Admin has chosen for you.
Standard Login
If you had created a personal Crystal account via the invitation link, you can now insert the credentials (email and password) that you have previously set up.
IDP Login
If your Admin had granted you access via an Identity Provider, you can choose your Google or Microsoft email to log in to Crystal.
Now press the "Login" button and you will be starting your Crystal experience soon!
Reset Password
From the Login Page, both on the web app and the app, you can also change your password whenever needed, for example if you forgot the original one.
Simply click on "Recover password" under the Standard Login Section
A new window will pop up where you will need to add your email in the relative field to send a reset link to it for completing the recovery of your Crystal account

In case you do not receive any email, please, check the spam folder of your email; alternatively, please reach out to your Crystal Admin.
Technical Remarks
Following, a list of technical details to keep in consideration.
Multiple Access
Login to Crystal can be done on multiple devices with a single account, meaning that the same account can be logged in on Web, Tablet, or Mobile at the same time.
Login Duration
You’ll stay logged-in for up to 7 consecutive days, as Crystal remembers your credentials. This means that, for all this period, you can access the Project without re-entering your credentials.
Afterwards, however, you will be automatically logged out: therefore, the next time you log in you will have to re-enter your credentials once again.
