Discover the Advisor
This page describes the Advisor Workspace and its capabilities.
Configure the Advisor
Once logged in, you will be immediately redirected to the Advisor Workspace.
First, you will be asked to configure your environment by choosing the language you prefer and accepting the Terms of Use (if you are a Member) or the Terms & Conditions (if you are an Admin).
Please Note
Based on your Crystal Project configuration, you will be able to choose among up to five languages.

Now, you are free to explore!
The Advisor Workspace is an Home Page to all the Crystal Capabilities that you can use to:

Analyze your Data
Report and discuss your Data
Here you can find a quick overview on the Advisor's organization and capabilities.
The Advisor is made up by three sections that contain the access to all Crystal’s capabilities.
Advisor Workspace
This central space is the main access point for talking to your data!
The first thing that you can see in the Advisor Workspace is the Gravitonium, a glowing spherical bubble ready to listen to you.
To start, just click on it and the Conversational Bar will open up: this is the place where you can ask all your questions.

Left Sidebar
The Left Sidebar is the space where you can access the following Crystal capabilities:
Data Stories
Crystal provides you with the possibility to collect, manage, and share Topics by grouping them into customisable collections, called Data Stories.

Notifications
A centralized space where you can find all Crystal notifications.

This is an ordered and comprehensive overview of all the Topics that you can ask Crystal.

Right Sidebar
The Right Sidebar is the space where you can access the following Crystal capabilities:
Suggestions
To help you start with Crystal and explore your data, you will always find up to six Suggestions Tips ready to inspire you: you just need to click on one of them to have it in conversation and proceed to deepen it with Crystal.

Insights
After requesting any Topic, just above the Suggestions section, a side panel will appear containing some Insights: a set of textual cards that will immediately provide you with useful information about your data.

Remember
If, at the first access, you are not able to see any data, this might be because you still don't have the correct viewing permissions.
Please contact your Admin and ask them to manage your permissions correctly.
